Buying a property in Florida was a big decision for our family and one not taken lightly. Following several vacations in Florida including visits to many areas, many estate agents and many builders, we feel we found the ideal accommodation in the right location for a family holiday to Orlando; Grand Reserve.

The house, which we call ‘Villamar’, is a beautiful luxury five bedroom, three bathroom, air-conditioned property complete with a private 30-foot swimming pool. The house will accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. We’re sure that the accommodation we have to offer will match, if not exceed, your expectations in every way and we hope you take a few minutes to look through this website.

Villamar, completed in July 2004, is located in the much sought after Grand Reserve site in Davenport; a private gated community of 110 executive properties, bordered by Lake Thomas, a nature reserve and mature trees. An ideal location, only two minutes drive to Champions Gate where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course (designed by Greg Norman) and shopping mall, including a 24 hour supermarket. It’s even nearer to the newly developed Reunion housing estate which has, on its complex, further golfing opportunities and many restaurants and shops. The house is only 12 minutes drive to the Disney Theme Park Gates. There are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is an eight minute drive away.

Villamar provides the perfect means of relaxation, whether it’s following a day going round a theme park or travelling to the coast or playing a round of golf, what better way to let go and relax than a swim in the pool and/or enjoy watching the sunset with your favourite drink. If you want to stay in for a few days, the pool and home entertainment systems provide great fun for the family during the day or evening. What’s more, there are enough rooms for you to find some quiet time for yourself, if needed!

We appreciate it’s not always easy to tell from a website exactly what the accommodation has to offer but the information, together with the pictures, we have provided will, hopefully, allow you to compare our offer with that of other providers you may be considering. When it comes to accommodation, we think you will struggle to find anything to match our offer.
